1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing and using software from BuyHackPro, you agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or products.

2. PRODUCT NATURE

BuyHackPro provides game enhancement software (Private DLC). We do not sell the games themselves. You must already own the specific game to use our products.

3. USAGE LICENSE

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license is typically bound to a single hardware unit (HWID) unless stated otherwise.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software.
Reselling your license key or sharing your account details with third parties.
Using the software on multiple computers simultaneously without proper authorization.

5. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

IMPORTANT: The use of game modification software carries an inherent risk of account suspension or permanent bans by game developers. BuyHackPro is not responsible for any actions taken against your game account. You use our products at your own risk.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION

Due to the digital nature of our products (Unique License Keys), all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once a key has been delivered to your email or viewed on the site, except in cases where the software is proved to be non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Software maintenance, game updates, and technical adjustments may lead to temporary downtime. We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
