Most keys are locked to the first PC they are used on. If you change your hardware or PC, you must contact support for a HWID reset. Resets are usually granted once every 30 days.

We only offer refunds if the software is technically non-functional on your system and our support team cannot fix it. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or game bans.
