REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS DISCLOSURE

All products sold on BuyHackPro are intangible digital license keys. Due to the irreversible nature of digital content, once a key is viewed or delivered, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable under standard circumstances.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

A refund or replacement may be provided IF:

• The license key provided is invalid or already used at the time of purchase.
• The software is officially "Offline" indefinitely within 24 hours of your purchase.
• Our support team confirms that the software is incompatible with your system despite meeting all stated requirements.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You changed your mind or no longer want to use the software.
• You were banned in-game for using the software.
• Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements listed on the product page.
• The software is temporarily "Updating" or under maintenance.

4. REFUND PROCEDURE

To request a refund, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase. You must provide your Order ID and evidence (screenshots/video) of the issue.

5. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days via the original payment method. Please note that transaction fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
